Which shipping partner do we use?

Within Austria and Germany we ship with DPD.

Worldwide we ship orders with FEDEX.

How long does the shipping take?

- Within Austria: 3-4 working days

- EU-Wide: 3-8 working days

- NEW !!! USA: 4 working days

- Worldwide within 10 working days

The order is ready for dispatch in 1-5 working days (depending on order volume).

Please note that it may take 1-2 business days until your DPD or FEDEX tracking number is active.

How much does shipping cost?

Austria: up to 3kg - 5 Euro / from 3kg - 6 Euro

Germany: up to 3kg - 8 Euro / from 3kg - 11 Euro

Switzerland: 17 Euro

Czech Republic: 13 Euro

Slovakia: 13 Euro

France: 14 Euro

Great Britain: 16 Euro

Netherlands: 13 Euro

Denmark: 14 Euro

Belgium: 14 Euro

Why do I have to pay customs duties?

All orders are shipped from Austria. For this reason, there are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU.

Outside the EU, these may apply.

For deliveries to countries such as Switzerland, customs duties are usually only incurred for goods with a value of approx. 150€. However, it is important to note that import sales tax must still be paid.

The customs duties go 100% to the customs of the respective receiving country & must be paid by you.

ATTENTION - we ship to customs countries with the forwarding company FedEx. FedEx charges a commission for the customs clearance of the goods, which has to be paid by the buyer. Unfortunately we have no influence on these costs.

Which countries can be shipped to?

We work worldwide with our shipping partner FEDEX. In Austria and Germany we ship with DPD.

Can I return or exchange the item?

The item can be returned / exchanged. The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer! Unfree parcels cannot be accepted. Please fill out the return slip enclosed with your order completely.
